Materials

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Sweet Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Green Onion
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Parsley/Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut all veggies in small pieces. Chop the parsley, green onion and garlic cloves.
  • Put everything in a jar
  • Add salt, pepper, vinegar and cover it with olive oil
  • You can use it right away but will taste better if you let it rest for at least 30 minutes
  • And that's it! Really!
